Hello Connie I guess you are giving a 1 star review for ??? not buying anything nor getting a service? Our apologies, we did not realize that companies that have registered their emails on our website received a review request . Nice speaking with you yesterday about what you thought you had an awful experience , as i explained that the person that welcomed you was not the owner and it is a common practice to ask all our clients to leave their bags at the secured lockers since you will be walking around in a place full of jewelry , walking around with our customers is also a common practice so we can give the best service that they deserve , im sorry that you had taken all this in the wrong way.
