My identity was verified, as was my bank account, address, etc. I tried withdrawing by check, wire, and bitcoin, and each time the money was put back in my account without explanation. When I contacted them through chat, I was given an address to send additional info. When I did, I was told it was not good enough because I used a joint account. So, I sent a different bank account, and then they blocked my emails.
