Beverly Place staff always keep me in the loop about anything happening with my grandfather. They're all very caring and I love the atmosphere they create (ie in house dogs). My grandfather has been with them for over three years and I've never had reason to consider moving him elsewhere.

My father had Alzheimers since 2013. He got to the point where I had to put him in Assisted Living in the middle of 2016. He lived in Big Bear and I in Escondido. I put him in a facility in Escondido. I had to be near him as we were best friends. He complained quite often how he wasn't happy there and wanted to go back to Big Bear. I understood his feelings, however he was getting good care. I moved up to Temecula in 2019. I needed him to be near me so I found a place a few miles away. It was awful! He hated it and I told him to give it a chance. They put him in the memory care unit pretty fast. He was treated horribly. I cried everyday as COVID had just hit and we were on lockdown and I couldn't get to him to get him out of there nor find somewhere else that would take him. I scrambled to find a solution. I finally found a memory care in Escondido that was kind enough to figure out a way to take him. He was in quarantine for 2 weeks. He never complained as he was taken such good care of and doted on all the time. After the 2 weeks were up, they moved him into the proper unit. They were always available to me over the phone. They explained so much to me about the disease and what to expect. They treated my dad and I like family. They were always hugging him and giving kisses, telling both of us I love you. I was always greeted with hugs and smiles. My father was so happy there, and never once complained. Always said how much he loved it there. He thought he was on a cruise ship. As time went on, prices went up and we could not afford it. They were kind enough to help us out so he could stay. Always told me how much they loved him and wanted him to be able to stay. Every need was always met. Once I was able to see him, the staff was always available to give me updates even though they were super busy. They knew I had my own health struggles and were very accommodating and understanding. As it got closer to his passing ( August 25, 2022 ) the director was always so loving and concerned. Her door was always open to give me a shoulder to cry on and explain and help me through the process. We put him in hospice and every day was a different day with him. They always took the time for hugs and support. A day before he passed, the director, Kellie, called me from his room, hospice was there as well. She told me very lovingly that I should come, it would be soon. I went. Someone from the staff was always in his room with me to talk, be supportive, even sing to him with me. They wanted to hear stories of his life. They were very attentive. He passed the next morning. I did not hear my phone, they called numerous times. The director showed up in my room while I was asleep, rubbed my back to wake me and told me he was gone. She stayed with me and held my hand. Next thing I know, there were flowers at my front door. I got numerous phone calls in the passing days, inviting me to lunch, telling me they were there for me and checking on me. The reason this story is so important and these people and this facility needs to be recognised because no one ever does that. Most facilities would never go to such lengths and be so loving. They went over and above. They have a strong staff retention as they treat their staff with so much love and support, it is very genuine. They definitely shine bright!

Huge kudos go out to the caregivers and nurses (especially Ross and Renee) at Silverado. I am so appreciative knowing my husband is in good hands and they treat him like family. Somehow Jamie even got him dancing a little today!

The staff at the Silverado Beverly Place Memory Care in Los Angeles were amazing. After touring the facility with Shannon Mann, the regional Community Ambassador, and viewing the services they provide done can feel assured their family member will be well cared for.

Silverado Beverly Place has a friendly and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Taylor who cares for her residents, provides a safe and great environment for everyone! The physical therapy team do an outstanding job with a smile, and provide great programs and activities to keep the residents happy and strong.

Staffing is everything. Silverado has plentiful, loving and well-trained staff. My mom has a far better quality of life now that I have her at a place that has enough staff to actually tend to her and keep her active.

I’m so so grateful for the care my dad is receiving at Silverado Beverly Place. When we were searching for the right facility for him, we met with Stephanie and Jean and we cried with relief and excitement that we’d found the perfect fit. Everyone from the maintenance team, caregivers, nurses and administration folks are all so friendly and happy to be there and always greeting you with a smile. The physical therapy department has got my dad walking again and excited to participate in life. I’m so happy to know that some amazing people are looking after my dad as well as providing fantastic support to the rest of my family!! Thank you guys all for all that you do!! Your attitude of service is greatly appreciated!
