This company is completely incompetent on printing a card without it being screwed up three or four times in a row. Their customer service is by far the worst in the industry and takes days and not even weeks to get a call back. You'll receive a proof incorrect multiple times in a row. Christian and John and even Henry do not give a crap about this company and they need to sell it because they don't know 1 ounce of proper customer service.

I am local to this companies head quarters. They have a man claiming he works for them, calling me asking for my business credit card information over the phone. Saying he processed a refund (which is not true and not in my account) and they have to transfer to a new “system” for all local orders. Scummiest call I have received all day. Their 888 number popped up “scam likely” where this man then proceeded to ask me to call him on his personal 775 number. RUN from this company. He gave me another 888 number to call but I called the number I found here and asked for a manager…. “whos on lunch” at 2:35pm. Convenient isnt it. No call back, no answers, no managers and a sketchy men asking for your business card information over the phone. I dont even know if they are going to give me real cards for this initial $250 order. They sent a drawing for “proof” of the metal card so I wont know what it actually looks like and now are claiming their purchasing portal doesnt collect tax or do local orders so they have to send it to a “second system”…. Just a second charge scam with no help. Sad I cant just get cards from a company I had such high hopes for.

I would give zero if I could. I can’t believe this is even a real company. The customer service from high up supervisor Cristian is abhorrent. The fact that there is no one to speak to above him is a real problem. If you hit any snags in the very beginning of your order process and try to cancel you will be coerced into believing that they can still complete the project the way you want. Then when that proves to be false and you still need to cancel you will be charged 20 percent in termination fees as well as being gaslit by saying you waited too long to cancel the order and allowed them to proceed with the work. The only person higher than the ‘supervisor’ I’m dealing with is the owner. Good luck getting in touch with them. Do yourself a favor and go with a different printing company. Fast Printing is a great and reliable printing source. This one cannot be trusted and treats new start up businesses appallingly. See my google review for photos.

Thank you for your review. We are genuinely sorry that your order with us did not go as expected. I believe there were some growing misunderstandings as the order went along. Me and my team tried multiple times to go over and clarify things as much as possible, but it seems we were not able to get on the same page. As your review stated, we did charge a cancellation fee since a proof was sent. However, we would still like to work with you. So, we will leave the "cancellation fee" as a credit on your account, if you wish to work with us in the future. Once again, I apologize that it did not work out, but the door is always open if you would like to get the order completed. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time because we would really love to help you out.

A joke of a business. Paid extra for them to design a card for me. First the cards got lost in the mail and returned to them, when I finally got the cards I realized the QR code didn’t work. I checked that it worked MULTIPLE times when they sent the final draft to me for approval. It worked fine on the draft but not on the actual card. They legit told me it was my fault for not checking the QR code worked (even though I did) and they refuse to send me replacement cards. $300 for mediocre business cards with a broken QR code. Awesome. Stay far away from these people.

Hello Olivia and thank you for your review. If you don't mind, I will have Christian reach out to you via phone call on Monday to properly speak with you about this issue. I apologize for the frustration and confusion with this order but we will take care of this for you. ------ ***UPDATE 12/4/25*** Just checking back in with you, Olivia. When trying to investigate as to why the QR code was not working, we found that it was due to the QR code service we were using had a expiration date (subscription-based). So when re-doing this order for you, we made sure to use a QR code that will not have this issue. I hope you received the cards and they were to your liking. Once again, we apologize for the misunderstanding here and I hope we did enough to help you out with your order. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you!
