Getting Better all the time
As an agent, I have worked with this company for nearly six years, and they have shown a focus on customer service for both agents and clients by decreasing wait times, increasing the speed with which they distribute withdrawals, and they take a decided interest in the experiences of the clients and agents with the goal of enhancing efficiency and products. I concede that back in 2022/2023, they were in a time of growing pains and training, but they have emerged a phoenix and it keeps getting better. I not only recommend but personally use these plans.
