We are always looking to improve our build time while keeping our quality high. I understand these signs were ordered on July 11 and shipped on July 25. Our management team will be discussing this delay today to determine how we can eliminate it from happening again. Thank you for your feedback and I trust you will love the signs.

We are a customer focused and positive company. We go out of our way to make sure our customers get exactly what they expect and our 5 star Reviews are a testament to that. If you are in business long enough, you will have a one star customer sometime. It hurts us to have a unhappy customer and we always look to see what we could have done differently.
