It is counter intutitive, too many key strokes to perform simple signature and no way of decreasing sizes.

I thought the training was very rushed.

I have followed the guidelines on how to save the personal link however I am still unable to log in after reaching out to support a number of times. Why spend money on this program when I can’t even sign in??

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND NEVER USED IT. IT WAS LESS THAN DAYS AND WHEN I CALLED TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE I DIDN'T NEED THIS PRODUCT I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT. 300.00 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO THROW AWAY TO A COMPANY THAT DID NOT PROVIDE A USABLE SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE PROMOTING THIS PRODUCT AND IF ASKED I WILL TELL THEM THEY WOULD BE BETTER OFF FLUSHING THEIR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET. SAME RESULT.

This software is a pain to my brain. Software definitely needs improvement. Whoever designed this needs to use it. Drawing all these boxes is stupid and time consuming. Why can't the form pop up with fill in fields? Nope, that's too easy. Ridiculous software. Going to decommission my notary.
