Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The package arrived and ups required $262 in import fees. Signature Pins assured me that they would contact UPS and sort out the issue. UPS attempted deliver 3 times and every time they wanted the import free paid. I never received my order and it missed the event that I needed them for. I have paid for them and not received them. Find another vendor!

We're very sorry that there was an issue delivering your order. As soon as you let us know that the package was incorrectly sent COD (with an amount due for import fees), we contacted our UPS rep immediately and instructed them to correct the paperwork and reattempt delivery. Our UPS rep said it would be taken care of and redelivered. Another delivery attempt was made and UPS's paperwork was still incorrect. We went above our rep's head this time and contacted the head of UPS for our area about the error a second time to help to clear this matter up quickly, since we knew you needed your lapel pins delivered in time for an event and. Our rep confirmed that the problem would be handled. Unfortunately, UPS was not able to locate and fix the package in time, so we processed a full refund for your order to your original payment method. When UPS locates your package, we will have it delivered free of charge.

We have used Signature Pins for the past 13 years and they have always provided great service, products, and prices. This year there were several errors on the quote so you have to verify but they promptly took care of it.
