They have cool looking fixtures but the knobs have fallen off almost everything and the faucet handles actually bent really easily which I did not expect. I feel like we spent a lot of money upgrading everything in our house with this brand but I'm just going to have to do it again with something where reliable. We ordered 13 or 14 wrought iron and ivory door knobs from them and the knobs simply fell off two of them in less than a year. They were around $100 a piece. I wouldn't waste your money on this regardless of how cool their fixtures look.

I placed an order at 4:23pm for a few items and paid $30 extra for next day air delivery. SH's cutoff time, as stated on the order page, is 4:30pm. Nothing arrived next day, nor did I even have a shipping confirmation. I reached out to them via chat, and the customer rep started off by telling me that the cut-off time is 4pm and my order was not submitted until 4:44pm. Totally false on both counts. I actually had to send him the receipt issued by SH documenting the order time as 4:23pm and also send a screen shot of the company's own order page (!) showing the cutoff time as 4:30pm. He then proceeded to send me their shipping policies, which apparently state 4pm, as if I was somehow wrong to believe what their order page states as their cutoff time. It was quite outrageous. He appeared to take offense at my anger. But it's truly ridiculous for a customer to have to send screenshots of the company's own website and receipts to "prove" its policies to it. I noticed from the transcript of the chat sent to me that he eventually did apologize for SH's mistake. And he did issue a refund of the next day fee. I had already left the chat at that point. It's infuriating to have to prove to a company their own policy and insist that they abide by it, and it's a strangely antagonistic approach to the customer. Unfortunately, this happens far too often. SH was just the latest.

Poor service

We had to spend $200 on tarps and bungies to cover the 385 pound vanity we ordered -- and then pay two guys a bunch of cash -- to move the vanity in to our house. I have furnished two of my own homes with Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, and this is the first company where $2500 spent doesn't get you in-home delivery! We Bought a vanity for a clients home. The first thing that was wrong was there was 2 blemishes on the drawer front. I asked for a replacement and all they could do for me was give me a discount. Then when we went to install we realized the sinks do not line up with the cabinet fronts. It is also not made to code and we can not use the top. We have emailed and tried to work it out but customer service is no longer responding to us. Our clients are very upset for the set back. I would not recommend buying this over priced piece of garbage. Definitely not worth the money.

Make you pay for shipping, and return shipping is something is not right. Sorry get in the 21st century with our policies. Not so mention their registers were about $100 more for the same ones from another store. Shop here is you have to.

In today's competitive environment, it's a very bad business practice.
