Signature CoinsReviews of signaturecoins.com

great service, super fast, and friendly. Called the number, and within minutes i had my delivery date and all. We have used them twice now.

I am so impressed with the customer service of this company. Jeff Carrillo was amazing. Responses to my many questions were timely and complete. Thank you, Jeff! I appreciate you working with me and I'm looking forward to seeing our coins!

This is the second coin design I've worked with Signature Coins on and I already can't wait until the next time I work with them. Even with COVID slowing down my unit's funding and plans, Signature Coins was incredibly patient with all the changes and updates needed before our design was finally ready to be ordered. I really can't say enough when it comes to this place and they'll have a customer in me for the rest of my career.

Great communication, wonderful to work with.

Quick responses and easy design process.

The price of these coins I found were just a little more then other competitors, but I gave them and 5 other coin companies that are very reputable a very rough artwork outline and some notes on what i wanted and it looked absolutely amazing and blew me away in the first proof the other companies did not even compare, it just needed some touch ups and a few proofs later we had agreed on a very good design. So that in my mind is well worth them being just a little more in price. overall they are fast to reply, great artwork, and knowledge of how a good coin will look. only con is the cost but you get what you pay for.

Excellent customer service. I had help every step of the way, and I was given plenty of time on the phone with an actual person. In addition, the coins were absolutely beautiful and even better than what I expected. We are placing our second order.

During these crazy COVID-19 times, I wanted something to provide to my company and team mates to keep their spirits up. We work overseas in East Africa for the DoD. As a response to the Coronavirus, we were required to relocate from our off-base homes and lockdown in very depressing living conditions. I thought that some custom Challenge Coins commemorating the difficulties we've experienced for the better part of the year would be the perfect gift. The Signature Coins team were professional, responsive and accurate. They know their business, what questions to ask, and how to get the information for the best product. They work with the feedback of their customers in a very timely and professional manner. Even with the impact of COVID-19 on the economy and many businesses in general, Signature Coins never missed a step. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to create a custom coin! I will absolutely be doing business with them again! Thank you Signature Coins!
