Was good years ago. Now anything decent is behind a paywall. Also very invasive and some of the things fully dont work whilst using adblock. Not gonna turn adblock on and off all the time when I could just use a better free software

Use your motherboard's software instead.
Very buggy, used to be somewhat usable until it started overriding my fan control software and kept making my fans spin up and spool down. Should also mention it's one hell of a mess with "conflicting programs" and is very annoying to set up when you have device softwares from multiple brands.
This is without talking about the excessive price of RGB effects that don't even look good when installed. I understand that the devs have to eat, but this is a bit too much.
TL;DR: I do not recommend at all. You're better off using your motherboard's or OEM's RGB software.
I really like signalrgb. When you have a pc with a lot of rgb, its really good to control all of them in one place. The only issue I had is that when another app controls the RGB of one device, like ICUE for Corsair devices, the RGB glitches. Also, a lot of themes are locked behind pro. But otherwise i really recommend using it

SignalRGB is great, but can mess up your computer.
SignalRGB is a really great app for customizing your RGB lights. However, it always asked me for administrator permission for the “best results,” which made me a bit concerned. After two days of using the app, everything worked fine, but on the third day the RGB on my RAM didn’t change it was basically stuck. I decided to restart my computer, and once I did that, it took me straight to the BIOS menu and said, “No bootable device was found.” At first, I thought it was XMP because this issue had happened before. I turned XMP off, but the same issue appeared, so I decided to reinstall the BIOS battery, and it worked. Once I logged into my account, I decided to delete SignalRGB to see if the same problem would happen again. I turned my computer on and off several times, and the issue didn’t happen again. Overall, SignalRGB is great, but it isn’t worth it for just a few LED lights.

Abolsute trash. Fraudulent "software".
Absolute trash. Messed up the RGB on other devices. Uninstalled immediately. Avoid at all costs.

Shameless scammers offering a worthless product
Imagine creating a domain name clone of a FREE competitor to your product trying to steal their traffic in a phishing scam because your paid product isn’t doing well enough for you. Imagine then thinking an “honest” Reddit post saying sorry about that would make everything right.
Shameless company shipping an awful product whilst undergoing scummy tactics to turn a profit. Use OpenRGB instead, better utilisation and less scumbag behaviour from the owners.
