I used to enjoy this app for the cool lighting that works with mixed brands. But as soon as I tried to pay for pro edition. They took my money, told me it failed, and never gave me access to pro. But i have the bank transaction to prove they took it. Then you go to contact them for support. And met with a generic email section. Fine, but then they add in writing above it, that they are having high volume a support issues, to reach out to other emails etc, in hopes to get help. No this is not ok, and IDC if it was a minor glitch. You do not setup a business that takes money but has no way of talking to someone when they fail to deliver the pro product!!

Please don't ever install this malicious software, a update that enables their new Fan Control completely hijacked my physical fan controllers, upon closing the app my fans instantly turn up to 100% rpm full blast sounding like a jet engine. The worst part is that even if you disable or uninstall this app won't fix it, this app completely broke the firmware state on my fan controllers causing them to completely ignore my quiet 30 degrees celsius bios fan curves. This app acts less like an rgb utility and more like malware that holds your hardware hostage.

Had to update and to be then met with a 50 mile long list of vendors with "Legitimate interest" consent buttons. There is no legitmite reason I want to give you my email, believe me. Unless I'm giving it to you, you don't need it. Only spam mobile games use this shit, give me a do not consent to anything button, please and thanks.

Once i downloaded it, it automatically turns on when i turn on pc (ok no problem i js disable that right?) NO! cuz it will automatically turn on again. Its impossible to close the window without using task manager and eversince i downloaded it, my pc crappy as hell

Horrible customer service. Completely out of it, not helpful. Their structure is a mess. I'm not even going to try to get a refund, they wasted enough time and can keep the $8. Product is not ready for primetime, shouldn't advertise it as so.

Been using for 3 years just keeps getitng better. Beware negitive reviews some are likley user error some wnat to be spoon fed and dont take the time to learn the system. New devices are added each month sytem works on plugins so imagine thousands of devices out there cant add them all at once.

Signal RGB is a frustrating software that overrides bios settings and overall wastes your time.

Ho richiesto aiuto al supporto per la mia nuova tastiera RGB REDRAGON TRUNDLE K668, dopo 2-3 mail la mia tastiera è stata correttamente mappata e pronta ad essere funzionante sul programma in maniera totalmente gratuita. Sono stati gentili, veloci ed efficaci sulla mia richiesta.
