My experience with Signal House was unacceptable.
I never had the opportunity to properly use or evaluate the service, but I was still charged. When I tried to cancel, I discovered there was no straightforward way to cancel the subscription myself. That tells you everything about how this company views its customers: apparently, you’re considered capable of subscribing and handing over your credit card without assistance—but not capable of deciding to cancel without the company controlling the process. This is not customer service. It is a deliberately obstructive and patronizing cancellation policy designed to make leaving harder than joining. A reputable company should earn continued business through the quality of its product, not by placing barriers between customers and the cancellation button. Signal House may have a good product; I never had enough time with it to make that judgment. But I can absolutely judge the business practice I experienced. Any subscription company should provide a visible, immediate, self-service cancellation option. If customers can subscribe online, they should be able to cancel online just as easily. Until Signal House changes this policy, I cannot recommend doing business with them. Customers deserve transparency, control over their own subscriptions, and far more respect than this.

That's not the experience we aim to provide especially when it comes to the support team. Being charged for something you didn’t get to use is frustrating, and we'd love to make this right. Please email [email protected] with the email address on your account, and our team will look into the charges with you directly. You also do not require support to cancel it. I'm assuming you were charged the campaign and number fee since it might've not been deactivated. For future reference when you need to step away, this is optimal: • Pause: remove your card under Settings → Billing. Your numbers and approved campaign stay in place, so if you come back within the same billing cycle, you add your card, cover the monthly fees (if) you missed, and keep sending. No need to buy new numbers or go through 10DLC registration again. Or • Cancel fully: in the portal, you'd have to deactivate your campaigns and numbers manually or can simply just take out your CC from Billings via settings. In GoHighLevel: Agency view → Signal House app → Plans → Cancel subscription. We suggest the pause option to customers whose sending is on hold while a deal or project gets going, since re-registering with any A2P provider means starting over which takes time and costs more than the monthly fees. Regardless, I would really like to understand what roadblocks you ran into so we can provide a better experience overall!
