I like Sidepot, they have consistent deals and a large selection of games. My only issue is the redemption process is slow compared to others. I submitted a redemption on 10/6 and it’s still pending as of 10/12. That’s a week which is a deterrent to come back. They’ve always paid me but the process is on the slow side.

First time playing I hit BIG with just the welcome bonus coins. But after that I rarely win enough to cash out. Every once in a while they'll throw me a small win. The platform (website and app) both glitch and idk how many times I've bought the offer that's supposed to come with a bonus wheel.. I have yet to see this bonus wheel. I still will play there here and there definitely not my go to and definitely wouldn't highly recommend. The daily bonuses are super low. Promotions are rare. And the daily wheel is rigged. 2 spins a day nice July and I have yet to land on SC. They have the slowest redemption process. If you redeem on Saturday expect your prize by Thursday or Friday.

Hi Mandy, Thank you so much for sharing your honest experience with us, we really do appreciate it! First of all, congrats on that big welcome win, that's always such an exciting way to start! 🎉 We're sorry to hear things haven't been as smooth since then though, especially with the bonus wheel and redemption times. That's definitely not the experience we want for you and we'd love to look into those concerns further. As Trustpilot is a public forum, we're unable to discuss account-specific information here. Sidepot is another platform I enjoy very much as of late. Great selection of games, daily bonuses and quick redemptions. I recently have a redem for 800 pending. I've had no issue so far with redemptions but this one is a little higher so once it is appr I'll update to a 5* Overall great platform!!

I liked the game, verification was easy, I finally was able to cash out. It took 24hrs to get processed so I get a email saying I would be paid on the next business day. Well it's the next business day and still haven't been paid. So that's why no 5 stars yet.
