Outstanding customer service. I had a few questions and concerns with a pending redemption and the support team was very helpful and responded in a timely manner.

i liked playing at sidepot but there redemption stinks i have been waiting since march 12 for my money and whenever i contact support they tell me its still within the time frame they will get no more of my money and that redemption will sit there till it is paid i am changing this review because i finally got an honest customer service person who said the way i was asking for payout was holding things up changed it sunday and got an email today it will be in my bank tomorrow

I'm confused by the negative reviews. this place has consistently good promos and I win often. Payout has almost always been completed within 48 hours. one of my favorite places to play.

So far I have had no bad experience with this site. I have deposit money I had to lose not money that I needed. I think every one need to remember that. Today off the free dollar I was able to get up to 107 and I cash out a hundred to my Denver card at 1250. I'll make sure to update if any issue at when I receive my money. Good luck to you all

$1 daily sc is great plus they have good promos I paid $5 got 10sc 1 day and won $100 then 2 days later I paid $5-7 for 17 sc and won $300. 8 got my first hundred already took 3 days which isn't bad I've waited over a week for other casinos. Highly recommend

I've been critical but honest about my experiences with other casinos on here. I was a little skeptical of this place at first because of the reviews but wanted to form my own. They were extremely helpful and timely with the issues I had during the verification steps. I hit for a decent little chunk, claimed my withdraw. They said probably 5 business days but just got the confirmation on the second day it'll be here in the morning. Update: my account got flagged. Was 100% my fault. So I started going back and forth over email. It ended up getting escalated to a woman named Reagan. I explained everything, was honest, and she was willing to go through with everything. 👍👍

The customer service is prompt and diligent the redemptions time varies but 95% of the time I claimed a redemption it was within a few hours or the next day in the early morning. I'm speaking from my own honest experience and I have cashed out at the most 350.00 and I have cashed out a hundred to 150. 00 multiple times I have no complaints except the glitch they have with the push to card service that was down but customer service showed me the other venues for redemptions

I gave it a one star when I first played it and redeemed so after I won again the process was quick so I giving it a 5 star review
