I'm confused by all the negative reviews. never had an issue with redemption and feel like I win often. great coin packages at a discount and just hit my last redemption in less than 24 hours.

Well my first review of this casino was last year it went good. Fast forward to now it's not looking good. I won $550 3 days ago and it's still not been approved. I have contacted support 6 times with no success. They have not even replied to my email shoot they have not even acknowledged that I sent them a email. I really hope i can come back and change this review to a positive 5 star! We will see. I says i would update this when and if they paid me my winnings. We'll they did. Just a few hours after I wrote this all 550 of it was deposited into my account. I've again a 5 star casino. Thank you Sidepot!!!
