Quick and easy
Easy way to get a doctors note when your sick but dont necessarily need or want to pay co pay or go to hospital and you just need some time off to recover without being penalized at work.

NO INTEGRITY
What a scam! Shame on you!!! Do you not have any integrity? Doctor’s note without even speaking to or seeing a physician. Such a money grab and LOW INTEGRITY. I only did it as a test to see how easy it was to get a FAKE doctor’s note, as you give to students for NO REASON! I hope you sleep well knowing you scam employers and schools with FAKE notes!

Super fast
Super fast! Reliable and legit. I was off for a while and couldn’t afford a $100 urgent care bill that would only cover a day so I tried these guys and they covered Oct 1st-Oct 6th for me! I paid for speed and got mine in 10min

THE TURNAROUND WAS VERY QUICK AND MY OFFICE GAVE ME NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS SLIP , EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLINE IT WAS ACCEPTED BY MY OFFICE WHICH IS GREAT.
