Shuuk is expedient, efficient and responsive!
Shuuk is a great company. My order was shipped very quickly and even though I had to return the item due to size, they processed my return very quickly with no hassle! I appreciate their great customer service.

A re-review of Shuuk customer service
Shuuk has responded with customer service, called and emailed finally!! Sebastian Rodriguez -customer service rep- is sending me a new (larger) coat and has asked me to donate the coat I had received without my returning it to them . I now feel heard -and I feel happy in having dealt with Shuuk . -i do love the coat!! .
