My order was delivered in a package that had what looked like a burn-hole in it that damaged the item inside. I took a picture of it, sent it in an email explaining what happened to Shuuk, and the next day, they processed my refund. The damage wasn’t from Shuuk, but happened somewhere along the way to my address. I greatly appreciated their quick action very much.

This was my first time ordering from this company and I'm really impressed! The dress I ordered is beautiful and fits me perfectly. I ordered in my normal size xsmall. It was shipped from Uruguay the whole way to my house in Pennsylvania in three days! I will definitely be ordering again.

I recently purchased grey checked dress trousers and blazer with eco crocodile print chelsea boots. The items are of very high quality and looked great on. A few days later i received an invoice from fedex for a duty charge which the Shuuk team sorted right away. The customer care received was outstanding and i highly recommend Shuuk.
