UPDATE: Shuuk contacted me directly after my feedback, they were very helpful and responsive. I appreciated their help. Also, their returns and refund process was very fast and easy. PREVIOUS: I am a first time customer. After I placed my order, I got a post-purchase offer for an extra 12% off the shoulder bag from my order. I thought it was a discount in addition to the item already in my order, but it added a SECOND bag to the order as a separate purchase. It’s a bad and confusing user experience for the website to offer a post-purchase item at a discount for the exact same item that was already part of my order. I did not want to have my credit card charged for both items, when I thought I was just ordering one.

I am so happy to have found Shuuk! There are so many scam clothing companies on the internet it’s hard to know who’s legitimate. I came across them advertised in my Instagram feed and I’m glad I took a chance with Shuuk! Shipping was fast. The clothing looks the same in real life as it does pictured online, and is high quality. The materials are as advertised and are soft, comfortable against the skin, good weights, saturated colors, & no odors. Craftsmanship is excellent. I did receive a dress with a faulty zipper, but it was the only defect in a large order. I had used their size chart and my measurements, but unfortunately I had to return most of my order because the clothes were too big. However, it may just be fit preference. The current trend seems to be bigger, looser clothes and I prefer more fitted, tailored for my body type. For reference I am 47, 5’10”, 135 lbs, 40”hips, 29” waist, 36”c chest. I ordered size M for most everything, but I think S would have suited me better. The return process was easy & customer service was excellent. I will definitely order from Shuuk again, but in a smaller size, & am excited to share this store discovery with friends and family.

Unfortunately, I had to return all but one of the items I ordered, but the return and refund process was super easy. All the items seemed well made, but the styles were not flattering on me. I think their style is more suited to a tall and narrow body type for the most part. With my height (or lack of) and bust, almost everything made me look bigger or had the waist at a weird height for me.

Order a size up on tops and dresses. Would love it if these dresses weren’t floor length but otherwise the prints are refreshingly not ditsy floral with flounces. I’ll hem them to ankle length.

Lovely product at a good price and decent shipping time. Some of the product materials could be a better quality, but it reflects the price.

The quality of the linen fabric looks very good. My entire summer wardrobe is linen from Italy. I haven’t tried it on yet but I’m sure it will fit beautifully.
