My package arrived with 2 missing items. If I had not complained, then I wouldn't get a refund. They said those items were out of stock. Why not take it off their website if those items are out of stock? Kind of misleading.

The sweaters you purchased are not available at our site. The style L114GKS3 is available only in size XL. The style L122GKS7 is completely sold out. You chan check this information in our site.
