Recently joined very disappointed Their bonuses are terrible. Their VIP system is well below the standard for most other social casinos. The daily bonus they're required to give you is complete bullshit. I am was only receiving $0.10 a day. Even their gold coins which have no real value and are also required offer to be able to operate in the United States. The casino has set these coins up in a manner the restricts a player from being able to play their games for free. The minimum amount required to place a bet using gold coins is 10x to 500x higher than every other social casino online at the moment. You are not allowed to receive any VIP bonues or Rake back in till you have spent a significant amount of money on the platform. NO weekly or Monthly bonuses till you have moved up several VIP levels which is ridiculous I don't know if it's because they're just too cheap to invest in the platform or laziness when it comes down to platform design. Like most online casinos, I expected it to feel rigged, but they usually don't want the player to feel that way from the first day of joining. Most other platforms will it will let new players get a few decent wins before their RTP tanks. Not at Shuffle.us Well I got to hand it to them, I guess they just want you to know from the first time you play that there site is shit and that they are going to take all your money. I thought STAKE.US was bad, but I think SHUFFLE.US is worse. So my opinion SHUFFLE.US is just straight TRASH TRASH TRASH.

PLEASE READ Don’t waste your money. This isn’t a “I lost everything and I’m mad” review. I didn’t have some freak accident or get locked out of my account. When I opened the bonus for leveling up from Platinum to Jade, it was the exact same bonus I got going from Gold to Platinum. It stays that way until Sapphire. So what’s the point of Jade? They should just call it Platinum 1–10. No other site does this. It feels like a slap in the face after the amount I put through. Every time I go to support with a real concern, they copy-paste the same reply they sent last time.they don’t care about their members. One time I even tested shuffle compared to others . I had my iPad, laptop, and phone open at the same time on three different sites, playing the exact same Keno. Shuffle lost way way more than the other two. Not even kidding If you’re going to play these sites, go to Stake.us, Zula, Crown Coins, or literally anywhere else. Take it from someone who is a real player. No idea why people left so many negative reviews. Probably because they are losing and raging. I’ve been up and down a lot but overall I love Shuffle, platform is smooth and originals are great. Yes math isn’t in my advantage but I’ve got lucky multiple times and withdrawals are fast. Definitely recommend

Shuffle will lie in these review’s comments and act like they are trying to resolve an issue, act like they are trying to engage in communication. They won’t! They refuse to communicate and will completely ignore you which is horribly unacceptable when dealing with trust and people’s money. This is an ongoing theme with them and players and I am urgently advising not to deposit / purchase here. They’ve closed my account and kept almost $50,000. I cannot express enough not to play here. For them to keep people’s money and not offer a reasonable explantation other than citing some broad terms and offer no proof is beyond awful. This site cannot be trusted.

PAY ME MY $44K SHUFFLE! Initially, I experienced an issue accessing my 2FA and submitted all requested KYC verification documentation. After nearly two weeks of silence, support permanently closed my account and invalidated my entire $44K balance ($10K initial deposit + $34K winnings). They broadly cited Sections 2.7.4, 3.8.9, 3.8.11, 4.13, and 9.6 of their Terms, claiming "game exploitation". All of my gameplay was standard and played manually.
