Biggest fraud in the game. They are cheats. The outcome of your spin is based on how much you are betting not odds. Their dice is stupid rigged. 98% dice they win 25 out of 100 spins. It's disgusting and so obvious. They don't even try to make it look legit. I've lost thousands and regret giving these scumbags $1. The owner got his money by stealing it from a former employer then opened a casino to steal from all of us. Avoid this place like the cancer it is.

Let me start of by saying I am a JADE 5 on there. I have won plenty but I am down a lot . I haven’t won a single time in over 2 months. I am writing this review because they have banned my chat privileges permanently for no reason. They have never answered my support requests and questions about certain things. I get left on read multiple times when asked why am I banned. They DO NOT want you speaking out about anything they are doing or they will ban you. DO NOT F’ing PLAY HERE TRUST THIS REVIEW. YES IVE WON THOUSANDS BUT HAVE LOST WAY MORE AND WHEN YOU HIT HARD THEY WILL LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT

I just calculated all the bonuses on the stats they emailed you and its not even the correct amount. I counted and it was short 1300 on bonus they say they gave you.

Imagine doing over 2k spins and not even getting a bonus while paying extra chance then buying then bonus and getting 1x. This website is the absolute worst and never put your money on this trash website. Go play on the website that pays you and gets you bonus not like this scam

PLEASE READ Don’t waste your money. This isn’t a “I lost everything and I’m mad” review. I didn’t have some freak accident or get locked out of my account. I play on a handful of these sites and I’ve lost more on Shuffle than anywhere else. I’m writing this so people stop falling for the fake reviews. Shuffle is worse than those AI-ad casinos that flash a fake jackpot on your phone, then a “withdraw” button magically appears. At least those are obvious. Shuffle pretends to be legit. If you look at the 5-star reviews, a lot of them dropped on the same dates around the same time. That’s not organic. Shuffle was handing out small bonuses to people for leaving good reviews. Those aren’t real. I deposited thousands, wagered hundreds of thousands (into the millions over time), and finally hit Jade on the VIP ladder. When I opened the bonus for leveling up from Platinum to Jade, it was the exact same bonus I got going from Gold to Platinum. It stays that way until Sapphire. So what’s the point of Jade? They should just call it Platinum 1–10. No other site does this. It feels like a slap in the face after the amount I put through. Every time I go to support with a real concern, they copy-paste the same reply they sent last time.they don’t care about their members. One time I even tested shuffle compared to others . I had my iPad, laptop, and phone open at the same time on three different sites, playing the exact same Keno. Shuffle lost way way more than the other two. Not even kidding If you’re going to play these sites, go to Stake.us, Zula, Crown Coins, or literally anywhere else. Take it from someone who is a real player. My user name on all my sites is the same MADDMANMADDOX you can go verify my Level or DM on the chat or something if you need to. Shuffle will lie in these review’s comments and act like they are trying to resolve an issue, act like they are trying to engage in communication. They won’t! They refuse to communicate and will completely ignore you which is horribly unacceptable when dealing with trust and people’s money. This is an ongoing theme with them and players and I am urgently advising not to deposit / purchase here. They’ve closed my account and kept almost $50,000. I cannot express enough not to play here. For them to keep people’s money and not offer a reasonable explantation other than citing some broad terms and offer no proof is beyond awful. This site cannot be trusted.

PAY ME MY $44K SHUFFLE! Initially, I experienced an issue accessing my 2FA and submitted all requested KYC verification documentation. After nearly two weeks of silence, support permanently closed my account and invalidated my entire $44K balance ($10K initial deposit + $34K winnings). They broadly cited Sections 2.7.4, 3.8.9, 3.8.11, 4.13, and 9.6 of their Terms, claiming "game exploitation". All of my gameplay was standard and played manually. Despite multiple requests, Shuffle support refuses to provide any server logs, game round IDs, or technical proof of their claims. More importantly, they are retaining my original $10,000 deposit. If Shuffle is going to make these unjustified claims, they need to return my $10,000 initial deposit immediately. *reach out to support?...Thats a joke.
