shrubhub.comReviews of shrubhub.com

For the price listed it was a fair experience I had Katty as my project manager she was professional and listened to my exact details that I wanted done for my backyard also her designers worked their magic on the 3D template my only criticism would be the small wait time aside from that everything was great!

I worked with Helen from Shrubhub and would recommend her work. She did incorporate all my inputs and I was very happy when she was able to work on some of the minor follow-ups that I had. 4 (and not 5) stars only for how SH packages aren't super transparent with the pricing upfront.

Our designer was Helen. I do feel like she listened well in the initial phone call about what I wanted. She also, communicated in a timely manner throughout the process. We got a good design on the first rendering and it only took a few tweaks to get to the finished design. Overall I feel like this company is a good value to give you nice renderings and a general plan (including plants) for your designed space, especially for the cost. I do think there are some areas that could be improved, for example no information could be provided about the furniture or even the masonry block or decorative rock used in the designs.

Honestly, even though I was on edge looking at some of the reviews online, but my experience wasn't bad at all. Helen was our designer and she explained the process well before we got started. She designed our backyard and the front yard, which looks awesome to anyone I show. I have recommended them to some of my friends already and would continue to do so in the future.
