Left hanging
I have only received one response from a company that does shredding. Is it possible to get some more referrals?

Thomas - We apologize, but we currently only have one shredding provider in your market. We are diligently working to add more options in your area as soon as possible. It appears that your original request came to us back in October of 2014. Perhaps, if you had let us know at that time, we could have provided an immediate solution for you by reaching out to a non-member shredding provider in your area on your behalf. Helpful service, driver could use some manners
We offered shredding as a service to the members of our cowork space and they loved it. The driver, though, was rude and hurried. The service rep didn't provide an arrival time so perhaps that led to some confusion with the driver (who barked). Good rate, though.

The price quoted from Shred Nation was high and not competitive.

Request for Document Shredding Quotes
I received an automated message stating that I would receive calls back from a few different shredding companies. I only received a call back from one company. As it turns out, we needed at least two quotes and I did end up using the company who contacted us, as they had the best prices and the quickest availability. I had to start making my own calls to receive another quote, however, and that was not convenient. I still have not received the second promised quote but do not need it now.
