Dear Michael - We apologize that we were only able to connect you with two local providers at the time of your request. Based on your star review, it appears that the second available document destruction provider in your immediate area did not reach out. You should have received an email with the information of the two providers. Our partners normally attempt contact within an hour of receiving your request. If you can let me know which provider actually reached out, I can determine who did not and inform them that you were not accommodated. We normally only provide you with two competing quotes for the size purge you requested. We are sincerely sorry if the options we provided did not meet your expectations. Due to an internal issue, your request for shredding accidentally went into their spam folder. This was entirely our mistake an we apologize. The shredding request you initiated came in yesterday, February 10th. Occasionally, when our local providers are extremely busy, they are not able to contact you the same day. We are sorry if this was not your expectation. When we match you with a provider, we send out a biography email of the shredding provider who will be contacting you and provide you with all their contact information. We have every expectation that our response time is speedy and we again apologize that there was a one-day delay. If you eventually feel satisfied with the service, keep in mind that you can adjust your star rating appropriately. Thanks for you feedback.
