ShowZStore.comReviews of showzstore.com

I recently received several items that I purchased on sale and could not be happier. I have never had a bad experience shopping with ShowZ store. Their prices are always the best overall, their packaging and shipping has been terrific, and their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them for your 3rd party transformers needs! I’m hoping they expand to some other toy lines like TMNT Neca or Marvel Legends since I’m sure they’d be unbeatable their as well!

I've bought items from ShowZ for a couple years now and have had no issues. Shipping times have been pretty reasonable, considering the travel distance. To East Coast US, they are generally around 2 weeks. Their prices are equal or better than most places, and the shipping is free. Definitely cheaper than some US import shops, who's shipping isn't free and take a week too. I haven't had the need to contact support for any defective or replacement parts, but I've seen plenty of good reviews, and will assume that they'll be willing to offer solutions. Overall recommended!

ShowZ has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond with their packing to ensure that products get to their destinations safely. In the event that something does arrive damaged, ShowZ’s after service department is amazing and will send you the part necessary for repair. Love this store.

Excellent service, incredible prices, great packaging. These guys are reliable and their prices are usually the best or very close to it. They are very responsive with after sales service. They’re packaging is really well done. After more orders than I can truly count there has only been on damaged figure and they got me replacement parts. Once the local courier left a package out in heavy rain instead of putting it at my covered doorstep. Because ShowZ wrapped it in thick plastic the box was totally dry inside. The only downside with them is sometimes it can take longer to get something, like in the case of Fans Toys. However, for me the price is totally worth the wait.

I have used ShowZ and Gundamit for over 4 years to purchase many items from overseas. Every single order has arrived safely and packed securely. There have been times where the item had some QC issues through no fault of ShowZ, but they always made sure that I received any after-sales support I needed. Highly recommended, very trustworthy retailer.

Wonderful customer service, price, and selection. I've ordered quite a few things from them and everything was superbly packaged and came promptly. One of my most recent orders got lost by the shipping company. ShowZ got a replacement out to me super quickly. A+

I've ordered more than 25 times so far at ShowZ and all experiences have been great. They have a neat prime bonus points systems that gives 3% buyback and offer really low shipping which is something I look for since I'm in Canada.

March 18, 2023, i reached out to ShowZ to request information on an out of stock item and I received prompt answer. Most companies dont provide a line connectivity like this, but ShowZ does. ShowZ has been my go to store for the past 4 years. In that time, I have purchased figures from a wide range of characters like Transformers, Marvel, DC, and many more. Thier shipping times are exceptional, and thier customer service beyond great. I rate ShowZ as my number 1 shop for action figure collectibles.
