If you asked me the same question a year or so ago, I would have given 5 stars. They used to send a couple free face masks with order and face care ointment or something like that, and the more you order the more free stuff you get. Nowadays, you only get one pack of eye masks. I do not like that change. I feel like I spend enough money to where they can afford one free face mask in 6 months. Other than that, I am a satisfied customer.

The whole ordering process was simple and quick. Delivery was fast, the only issue was/is my first order was free shipping then every order after cost 9.00 or up. They advertise free shipping then charge you. Fix that and add some Botox type A as some of your products they would be 5 stars across the board.

Great customer service, order shipped relatively fast, package was personalized with hand written note and gifts. Definitely loved ordering from the company. My only complaint is that injections did not come with instructions and I had to try and google injection directions. 8/10. Will buy again
