I’ve emailed multiple times about an order that was not received. I would really appreciate it if this company would take this more seriously as I am a paying customer and ordered product that I haven’t received.

The shipping service is horrible I payed for two days shipping it been 8 days I have not received the package

The fat dissolving solution I ordered is not working. I’ve had multiple complaints with my customers, leaving me to eat the cost and refunds to my clients.

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered early in the morning, expecting my order to process the SAME DAY seeing how I just paid your greedy company $41.26 for NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING. Now it’s going on the SECOND day, the day I’m SUPPOSE to be receiving my order. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages on social media and NO RESPONSE. Not even a dang apology. I never had this issue the first time I ordered with this company but now when I do the most expensive shipping method, they go GHOST, DON’T UPDATE, & DOESNT DELIVER in the timeframe I paid EXTRA for. I need my money back, a discount or something! I would have paid the slowest shipping if I knew I was not going to receive it next day nor kit even an email update apologizing for the delay. I’m pissed right now because I needed my item before the weekend for a reason and I wasted my money.

Went I order my item the information was I was going to get by Friday 29th not I have no update I order over a week is this company real I keep wondering

I ordered fillers and a fat disolver I only received the fat desolver very disappointed

I placed a large order for fillers and within 1 hour canceled my whole order due to shipment, and my payment wouldn’t be sent back for 5-7 business days. I would have preferred them just call or emailing me and say the shipment would have been delayed rather then completely cancel my order I would have waited. Wouldn’t refer or use this vendor again.
