I used Shoutem’s agency account to build apps for my agency. Could not be happier with the experience. I’ve built 13 apps so far and their team has been helpful every step of the way.

I paid £2,848.20 to Shoutem for app development services that were ultimately no longer required. No work was carried out and no time was spent on the project. I was very disappointed with the experience and felt I was pressured into purchasing services that were not needed by an employee who I understand is no longer with the company. The company later agreed in writing to refund £1,424.10 (50%), but the refund has still not been processed despite several follow-ups. As the agreed settlement has not been honoured, the matter has now been escalated for recovery.

The have weak support refuse to refund even if you only bought 1 day and never used there program complete scam!!!

Not trust worthy: - miss the deadlines for they clients - invites and then brakes agreements with the partners - not paying money for the intellectual property - outsource professional services to the affiliated company charging overprice for they services, especially, considering the product level delivered. The platform on itself is very limited and not very stable. Great marketing gurus though...

Tried to build an app with them. All tbe plugins they advertise they are unable to actually buikd They wont refund even after their useless staff admit they have no idea how to build what they advertise. SCAM SCAM DONT DO IT

We used Shoutem for an event, the whole process from setting it up, testing it and using it on the day was incredibly frustrating. The product is full of bugs (character length on the wall, timing of messages on the wall, not being able to see the members, the list goes on) and on the day of the event itself, it just stopped working. Blank screen, no one could get on and use it. It's still like that 2 days later, no support or help whatsoever. Don't waste your time

I built one unique App on several "no-code" App builders in parallel fashion. I did this because we had several "must haves" and I knew from my website building days that features have their limitations depending on the service being used. Example: One can place a Google map on the App BUT it has to come with a "point of interest" even if you are shading areas and don't want a POI. And don't even get me started on issues with third party extensions from Shopify or WooCommerce.... At the end of the day, Shoutem was able to handle ALL my 'must have' features (MyGoogle Map, Shopify and its extensions, and a personnel directory) without customization needs that the other no-code App builders required. They were the only ones that could do so. Their support was timely and helpful. You get a sense that their team is competent and determined to provide a 1st class product and service. When compared against other services in this niche, I think they stand alone at the top.
