I only received half of my order and do not know if I will receive the remainder or not. I received an email stating that I could get a refund if I did not want to wait to receive balance of order but I replied to that email and have yet to receive a response back. I would just like to receive my order.

Still waiting for my delivery. Was told by you that delivery was tried 3 times.. called they said they just got it was never attempted. Been lied to when it was shipped.

Never received..was going to be Xmas present for some associates..got lost between your facility and ups..ordered them another mancrate..mancrate delivered successfully without any issues

Shipment arrived too late for online tasting and one of the bottles was broken and leaked all over the inside of the box. No response from customer service. I will never order from them again.

Had problems with the website. It wouldn't take my payment. But every single time I tried I received a email saying I would get the free bottle. I finally got the website to take my payment after sending a email to customer service. I was then told I wasn't eligible for the free bottle. Then I received a email saying I was going to receive the bottle. I was charged shipping and I choose the 60 day which wasn't supposed to have shipping. When I asked for a refund on the shipping they refunded me the whole thing and cancelled my order. When I complained they were very uncooperative. When I left my comments and reviews. They couldn't handle the truth and instead of working with me they blocked me from leaving comments and deleted all my comments. So I guess they only want comments to stroke their egos. What a chicken move to only allow good comments. Delete the bad and don't try to work with the customer. They don't even know what customer service means. If I could have left lower then a 1 star I would have. Save your money folks they SUCK. Vicki Stewart

I ordered especially for a Vacation. There was no indication that there would be a delay. Huge delay. Over 3 weeks. I was informed finally that they would be shipped and when I asked if they could Be shipped to my vacation address there was no response until after they shipped. We paid a premium to have our items For vacation. Not only did we not get them for our time off, they are now sitting in my front porch at home telling the whole world that we are away. Since there is no discount on pricing or on shipping, I Would never buy from this company again as what I was suing for was speed. Bad Bad job. Untrustworthy.

Well I placed an order on July 11th, the 14th I received a message that my shipping address would not work for my order. So I updated my address in my account on your webpage, message via the webpage and responded to the email that the address had been updated. I got no response. I emailed again and nothing so I contacted the product vendor and they got someone to respond. Gave them the alternate address had a conversation regarding product availability, I asked a question and haven't gotten a response yet and it has been 5 more days. Still nothing has shipped and no one has responded to my emails. So I think your customer service is worse than terrible and I would never recommend anyone order anything through this company. I will be contacting the vendor to see if there is another option for receiving their product and contacting PayPal regarding a refund I guess. I would rather just have the product I paid for on July 11th.
