I placed my orders [213415 & 213420] on December 8, 2020, as Christmas gifts from the Shots Box. Those orders were not delivered until January 5, 2021, and I paid 19.00 per order for shipping. In fact, Shots Box didn’t process my orders and get them shipped until December 23, 2020. 15 days after I ordered from them! This is unacceptable and I want my money back.

It has taken forever for me to get product that I ordered. More than two weeks and still haven't received anything! Not sure what the delay is?

Still have not received an order placed on December 11th, it is December 30th. Wrote the company about the delayed shipping and received the rudest response. Zero customer service. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The time it took to receive product is unacceptable.

Still not delivered - kinda sucks when you order for someone before Christmas weeks in advance of the date.

I ordered a gift on 12/2 and as of 12/23 tracking says it is sitting in Massachusetts. I understand there are shipping delays but it looks like the company did not even send the order out until 12/10. I’ve also been told it will not ship in the nice box as pictured as they ran out. VERY expensive lesson. I emailed the company and apparently it was sent to the wrong location. It is now 12/28 and still no Christmas gift.

I was sent the wrong item and no one responded about the return. Do not trust Shots Box
