Between the time that I ordered my shots box and it was shipped the packaging was changed. As this was a gift presentation was important and the substituted packaging looked cheaper. Had I been aware of this I would have gone with a different gift. Very disappointing Mike Fitzgibbons

$17 for shipping and it took nearly two weeks to get here?! Come on... The whiskeys were uncommon as described but it's overpriced...

I understand that Shots Box is not necessarily responsible once they pass along shipments to the regional carriers. But I was charged $20/shipment (by Shots Box) on 11 different shipments, and the regional carriers you all used were low-budget, poor customer-service companies. Of the 11 different shipments, only 6 made it to their destination. To pay that amount on shipping, I would expect prompt, on time delivery. Credit to Kendra M. on the customer service side at Shots Box. She was very responsive and although most of our problems were out of her control, she provided good customer service.

I would have given a five but since they shipped using Fedex which is the worst possible choice for shipping and I lost a day of work because they didn't deliver when they told me they would since they said they needed a signature, and when then did drop it off they just handed it over and left.

I called to complain about the Orange blossom tequila was leaking and no one returned my call or answered my message. Not happy

I was decently pleased with the box itself, however the variety box contained too much of liquors I don't particularly care for so I was going to change it for the next month. However it was at this point I learned that not only could I not alter my subscription, I couldn't even cancel it. When I tried to contact support to help we with this, I received no reply. This is absolutely unacceptable and is the kind of behavior I only expect from companies that are trying to scam their customers.

Love these slim chillers. The product and company itself are amazing. I waited over three weeks to recieve my product, which would have been fine if Shot Box responded to my email inquiry. It was listed as a 72 hour hour for weeks. They did respond to Slim Chillers though, and they emailed me with updates.

I paid for wrapping. It wasn’t. I emailed you to find out if there was some kind of refund. No response. I was told which day it was actually shipped and picked up by UPS but then 2days later was told it wasn’t. Yikes. Would never use this company again.
