Horribly rude customer service, terrible communication. Would never recommend this company to anyone. They were extremely unhelpful.

Half of the order damaged during shipping, to the point the delivery company removed it from the Pkg. Wrote to Customer service. Never heard back.

That is not good news. We can’t seem to find any correspondences from you. Shoot me over an email [email protected]. When there is breakage, we get replacements out immediately. You can always contact us through our website/Facebook/email.

These guys don't seem to know what they are doing. They don't seem to have customer service so that makes working with them even more difficult. Their shipping and notifications are also a joke. I would find somewhere else to spend your money.

I ordered this on January 18. It said it shipped on January 19th and I still don’t have it. I was happy when I ordered one for my husband for Christmas. But I am not happy right now.

It started with not being able to get the website to acknowledge my gift card. Then after finally getting that rectified, I placed an order on the same day I placed one with a competitor of yours. I received their merchandise later the same week and had not even gotten a confirmation from shots box. I enquired about my order and was told that due to volume it would not ship until after the holidays (which at that time was a month away. Finally received my order approx 5 weeks after placing the order.

Hi Todd, I am sorry for the inconvenience. We did have some delays receiving this inventory in December and sold out fast. We did our best to notify customers of the delays during the holidays as well. I am sorry you were unhappy.
