I appreciate the ease of scheduling ShotCount installers. They have an automated communication and invoicing system. It made the process very clear and provided all the necessary details. On installation day, the crew was friendly and professional. They worked a very long day to install 3 bathrooms worth of wallpaper and stayed diligently on task. My only bit of feedback, and it's minor, is that I was not given an arrival time until the day OF the installation. It would have been helpful to know, a few days in advance, what time the installers would be on the jobsite. Beyond that it was a very positive experience and I wold recommend them highly to others.
