5 stars sounds unrealistic but as a fellow short girlie (4’10) I was in shock to finally find clothes that fit me. Not only that, but they have excellent customer service support and good at responding to inquiries if needed.

It’s hard out there for a short girl to find clothes that don’t need to be altered. So when I found this service I was thrilled to try it. A year later and I am still a fan. They do a great job of nailing your style and finding options that fit perfectly. Their customer service is also top notch. If you opt to chat with them, you will get to talk to a real human instead of a chat bot which is unheard of these days. If you have issues with pants that are too long or shirts that hang well below your waistline, I recommend giving this a try!

Short Story has truly elevated my fashion game over the past year! This is such a fun and convenient way to add to your wardrobe! It is so difficult for me to find clothes that fit my 5'1 frame, but all of the clothes were the perfect length. Customer service is incredible. They were very generous and understanding when my own mistake caused a return to be lost in delivery. Highly recommend!
