Excellent service! After spending a week or two trying different QR code generators and being disappointed by the lack of customisation of shortlinks, unless paying quite pricey (to a new small business, with low to moderate use) monthly costs, i came across Short.io and have been really impressed, even with the free tier. The allowances are very generous. Setting up a custom domain (yes, you can have custom domains on the free tier!) that I registered through Cloudflare was quick and pain free. It is super easy to create new shortlinks using my own domain and to edit the slug, create a qr code, etc. Awesome! The browser extension works very well too. There's improvements that could be made, like saving the 'design' of a QR code as a template for ease of creating on-brand codes and offering more options for the look of a qr code but what is available is enough and the codes work flawlessly. I'll be upgrading soon I think!

Super good climate

I joined Short.io after being with Bitly for over 20 years. The time had come to move on because the aforementioned company's main purpose was to support large business with unlimited budgets that are known worldwide. As a small business owner involved in real estate and international business, finding a new link shortening vendor that offered stable business services was our top priority. Therefore, I embarked on a research journey and discovered plenty of alternatives offering much more than what we've had with the past vendor. My research was technical in nature, but I will not bore you with tech jargon. It took two weeks of intensive research including analyzing customer reviews and experiences. Two companies were selected for consideration, one in Canada and the other (Short.io) based in the U.S. Both companies offered similar services and good pricing. We thoroughly tested their services, and with good confidence, we chose Short.io as our preferred vendor to suit our needs. The PRO package was selected, and for now, it is more than sufficient for our needs. I am very impressed with the robust offerings by Short.io. We are very happy with them. We own many domains with most of them having their own web page connected through Short.io gives us excellent traffic statistics across the board. We are still learning Short.io's vast services, but are very confident we've made the right choice. The most important aspect of any company providing B2B services is their customer support. You don't get live support with Short.io, but very proactive and prompt chat support has been stellar. The tech support people including Nick have been great and more than willing to help. When some glitches were discovered on their site, it was brought to their attention, and in due time was corrected. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend Short.io as your link shortener vendor. You will feel very comfortable with them. Chat support is usually within minutes of opening the chat box. Keep in mind, I have in-depth experience with these type of services, and I can say with 100% confidence that Short.io is your go to company. I don't vacillate with companies that offer these type of services. Once a vendor is chosen, it's a vendor for LIFE! Short.io is simply the best on the market. Try them out. Have not been able to use because of issues with ssl. Was using as part of passive income opportunity and has done nothing but fail.

Value for money! Got all the features that I wanted for an economical per month pricing plan. It would have been better, if they would have supported the .co.in gTLD.

I'm decently tech savvy, but I was breaking things still, their tech team, Nick, was very helpful in getting my homepage functioning & the short/branded link working as well. I've been trying to fix it myself via support articles, but I was missing something pretty obvious that 1 short conversation with Nick helped me fix and get both my links working. Thank you!
