DO NOT GET THIS CARD! I don't have enough time to write every problem I had with them. I had this card for 5 years to help with my credit. I never went crazy with it. I could never get an increase and I could NEVER use my reward points (over 100,000). Every time I would go to a store they could never find my points. I closed my account because they charged me a late fee for being one day late (my last payment prior to closing my account, $10 balance) they slam me with all types of fees. Mind you, I have my payments automatically scheduled to be taken out. One payment was late by one day because I pay by day of the week not date. But after 5 years you would think they would waive one late fee for a mix up of date (by one damn day). I closed my account and they send me an email saying my account is closed but I get no notification that 2 days before I closed my account my gym membership of TEN DOLLARS hit and 2 months later Sears finally decides to email me saying my closed account is wayyy past due and heading to collections because of $10 damn dollars. You guys suck to the highest degree!

I just closed my with MASTERCARD SHOP YOUR WAY. They like to hang up on you (4 Times, until I asked for a manager) when you call to ask about something. When you ask them why wouldn't they call you back they say they don't have access to outgoing calls. WHY BE IN COUSTOMER SERVICE?? , they have you wait on the phone as if you have nothing else to do. I can understand 1 to 6 minute wait or so but 45 minutes is RIDICULOUS! It ended up that the supervisor couldn't help me anyway! Their customer service rep lied to me when I activated my card. I asked if there would be foreign transaction fees for using my card in Italy and she said NO! Come to find out there were! And a shitload! They lied to me and I cant do anything about it! They are reviewing their phone call with me but I truly doubt they will call me back or fix the charges. If I can give it a Minus 100 I would, Worst credit Card Company out there!

This card is bad , When you want to make a payments people that do not understand english get on, They need people that are Americans .Bad card all the way

Called customer service prior to making a purchase and verified that I had an interest free period. Made a large purchase and then was charged interest. Called customer service and was told that I had been given misinformation. Horrible company to deal with. Horrible customer service. Horrible choice for a credit card.

Total scam... have 33,000 points but the site says I have ZERO. There is no customer service just voice prompt messages that sound like people talking in their bedroom in the bronx (accents on the recordings)... never seen such an unprofessional system. I am thinking they are bankrupt and are just pushing people off with voice prompts... no way to talk or email anyone. Totally bogus customer service

Scam and a high way robbery ,I was with the sears credit card since the 1970s. Then the co changed hands for Shop your way. They had to issue me a a 2nd card when a false charge was on the 1st card they corrected it then the new card came I did not use it the co sent a payment statement with a new false charge and fees,which I told them on the phone and wrote letters stating I canceling the credit card and customer service with Citigroup and their Shop Your Way . Now they are trying to hold on to me.They can forget it.

Shop your way is automated and online system is horrible. The automatic system does not recognizes it own prompts. The customer services rep could not assist in resetting my password. I made three attempts only to be disconnected. After spending an hour being loop around. I had to agree to pay five dollar for a representative to process my pay payment. I was paying the balance in full. Here's the problem and my complaint. Shop your way give me two choices. I could have them to mail me a card get a new number and regrister my account just to reset my password or I could pay a $5.00 processing fee. I agreed to the $5.00. Then I was told I would have to wait one or two months for the processing fee to show up along with the new interest and we all know there interest price are crazy high before I can pay the total balance. When I asked for a waiver, I was told they can't do that in 2021 (really). I am very disappointing and will be happy when I am clear of this nightmare. Long post but I want everyone to feel my frustration.

I was trying to purchase a dishwasher on line. Before I could advance in the payment field I basically had to join "Shop Your Way" to be able to view my cart. Then when it came time to pay for my purchase I had to sign out of Shop Your Way so I could put in my card information AND so they did not have to give me the points I was to get from this purchase. What a frustrating experience. This SYW also wanted more personal information from me than I had to give to get a job. It is not an honest site and it is giving Sears and K-Mart a very bad name.
