Incorrectly charged me sales tax and was told that I have to wait for my order to be shipped to request a refund for the taxes paid. It’s been over a week and my package still has not been delivered.

They only like to hire girls because “they’re easier to control” and they love to sexually harass women, make them feel sexualized and Store Manager Rob constantly offers the key to Assistant Store Manager Ken, to take a female employee & go inside the district managers office since there’s no cameras in there for s*xual reasons. This place is racially biased. They will be told to EXCHANGE *EVERY ITEM* so if you had your exchange denied, they did it purposefully. They have their own little manager clique and if they don’t all approve of you, they’ll manage you out or make you quit.

Never order from this store. I called right after I made order and noticed that the payment I was using entered an old address even though I had put in correct address on the main screen and tried to make correction right away and they said they couldn’t even though package hadn’t went out. Fed ex couldn’t change it only from the shipper which they wouldn’t contact fedex to change anything. I lost out on $200 since they wouldn’t refund me and someone else was delivered my shoes in another city.

Legitimately a horrible company. They sent me the wrong size shoes because they had them labeled wrong on their website and it was like pulling teeth dealing with their customer service. They straight up didn’t care that they sent me the wrong size and told me they don’t do exchanges. I went through the return process and they only refunded me the amount for the shoes not for the shipping. I had to talk to customer service again and explain that keeping the shipping cost for them sending me the wrong shoes is actually not legal and then they finally sent me the full amount. Never again will I order from this website. Save yourself a headache.

I ordered shoes from this site. They sent one pair in the correct size the other pairs they sent shoes in the wrong size. Their customer service refused to return them and told me they couldn't return them because the sales are final. One pair of shoes I still never received. Now

Poor customer service, shady business practice, ships even though I requested a change/cancelation.

Items are not eligible for exchange or refund. It’s 2026! Why not! Customer service was not helpful at all. I will never shop here again.

These were the worst I paid almost $200 for a brand new pair of Airmax Valentine’s shoes only to receive a bootleg pair the boxes crash paper inside ripped the shoe which is all red. Looks like it came from the swap meet you can see all the stitching the soles are dirty. I’m waiting for them to respond to me about coming to pick these up and we’re refunding my money buyer beware these are not authentic shoes. Well, at least the ones I got weren’t authentic although the agent told me that they are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Well, whoever thoroughly inspected these should be fired.
