I bought Nikes for my daughter’s 13th birthday and they sent 2 right shoes. On top of that It looked like one of the shoes was used. They said they don’t do replacements and I got them on a discount. So now if I want to replace them it’s going to cost an extra $35

Misleading final-sale policy and completely unhelpful customer service I had a very disappointing experience ordering from WSS online and would not buy from them again. I purchased a pair of shoes for my son for about $40. The shoes run small and do not fit him. When I contacted WSS to return or exchange them, I was told they were “final sale” and that nothing could be done. In my experience, this felt misleading. As a regular customer, how am I supposed to know that “final sale” means I am completely stuck with shoes my child cannot wear? If an online store sells children’s shoes that cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, that should be made extremely clear before checkout — not something the customer fully understands only after there is a problem. Now I am left with a $40 pair of shoes my son cannot wear, and my only options are to throw them away or try to resell them myself. The customer service experience made it even worse. I spoke with a customer service manager, and he was completely unsupportive. He did not try to help, offer an exchange, offer store credit, make an exception, or provide any practical solution. The message was basically that WSS did not care that I was unhappy or that the shoes did not fit. They just kept repeating - this is the policy we follow. Final sale - no return! For an online shoe store, especially one selling children’s shoes, this is a very poor customer experience. Sizing is always a risk when buying kids’ shoes online, and WSS should make non-returnable items unmistakably clear before purchase. I would strongly warn other parents to be very careful before ordering kids’ shoes from WSS online, especially anything marked final sale.

Ordered shoes on 5-16-2026 the size was way off from normal shoe size. Tried to return and got denied stating all sales final. Horrible business model. Save your money and shop at a more trustworthy company.

Will never buy from again. There is no way to cancel an order, even with a minute. And then their items are "Final sale". They will send you dirty damaged garbage and will not refund or return them. I opened a dispute with the bank and they lied and said that I never attempted to return them and accused me of attempting to keep the items with no return. This was all after multiple emails to please cancel the items and then calling and speaking to a manager to please a return label and they refused all of it.

I placed an orderon April 14th and I noticed the delivery tracking was not changing over the next few days. Reached out to support and they said that if by April 30th I didn't receive it, I should reach out to support again. Waited until the date without any change, when I reached out to support they immediately responded that they were going to refund my money. No reason was given, no indication of why they waited over 2 weeks just to say it was going to be refunded.

They would get ZERO stars if possible. This company is a FOMO scam with poor sizing information and no willingness to accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered. Will NEVER shop with the again. Footlocker shot their reputation in foot by associating themselves with this company.

I ordered a pair slip on tennis shoes and they sent a pair of tie shoe string tennis shoes. This company refuses to make it right or except me returning them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
