Buyers beware!! I purchased $80.00 of sweaters. They didn't fit and contacting customer service has been a real challenge. The emails have been coming back undeliverable. I have been trying for over a week and still can't get in touch with them. The next step is contacting the BBB, Facebook, the Attorney General, and my credit card company. Just found out the company is a fraud. Still no refund or contact with customer service as of 2.11.25....

Terrible customer service. Wanted to exchange a shirt for my grandson because it was too small, but not allowed. Tried to contact them within the return window but no response.

BUYERS BEWARE WSS IS A SHAM AND A SCAM!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PUSH A ORDER THROUGH EVEN THE ITEM IN LOW STOCK OR OUTTA STOCK ALL TOGETHER!!!! THEY AFTER YOU FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM THEY'LL MAKE YOU WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO TELL YOU THE CLAIM WAS DENIED BUT WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE CLAIM OR DETAILS SO THAT YOU CAN FILE YOUR OWN CLAIM THEY WON'T GIVE IT TO YOU AND THEN THE MANAGER WILL WRITE A NOTE ON THE ACCOUNT SAYING THAT THEY WON'T HELP YOU ANY FURTHER!!!! SO PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE GOODS!!!!

When I received my shoes, there were two different sizes in the box. First order with WSS and it will be the last order with WSS, buyer beware. They don’t replace only return and refund, hopefully I’ll get my $129 refunded.

Order a pair of she's that never came. They opened a case and closed it without giving me a replacement or refund they just said they were delivered and there wasnt anything they could do. I told them that I didn't get the shoes but still no resolution. Bad business!

Over week after I placed my order, I got an email telling me my order was canceled because the item was no longer available. Maybe if they had filled the order in a timely manner it would've still been available!

I bought 2 pair of shoes online from WSS but 1 of the pairs came scratched where you could visibly see it. I returned and followed all that was needed but I ended up not getting my money back. I had to call them multiple times to even get an answer on what was going on. WSS kept saying they did the return and that the money was not with them but my bank could not find any amounts returning from them. I never did get an answer as to where the money went nor did they try to help. Never ordering from them again.
