Helping a friend be confident too!!
These panties help me to be confide enough to leave my house all day without fear. Today I went shopping with a friend who bought urinary incontinence pads. Tomorrow I am going to loan her a couple of pairs so that she can see first hand how great they are!!

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent! I had many questions and she was so very helpful and patient! I made ordering mistakes and she understandingly assisted me in making the corrections. Lastly, the undies are great! VERY comfortable!

The panties came as expected
The panties came as expected. I ordered a size too small (medium). I should have ordered lARGE. I'll have to wait to lose more weight before I can wear them.

size issue resolved
I had an issue with the size I ordered. I can not compliment more the caring and timely response I received from Vera customer service. This company does things the old fashion way; they put product quality, their customers and service above all else. This is an amazing company and I appreciate their product.

I ordered the wrong size on 11 pairs of…
I ordered the wrong size on 11 pairs of undies. I emailed Vera, she got back to me within 24 hours. The email let me know to make sure of the size that she would replace them. She emailed me asking if I had gone by the sizing chart, I let her know I had. I was so grateful when they arrived and fit so much better. Thank you so much Vera!
