I received my items but wrong sizing on my part
I received my items but, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size The staff responded promptly and now sending me correct size I’m very impressed

They were fantastic to deal with
They were fantastic to deal with. I ordered XL and got them very fast. It was the wrong size for me. I let them know quickly and they sent out the XXL just as fast and they fit amazingly well. I am so great full to Vera’s Undies. I don’t have to worry about coughing, sneezing or laughing anymore. They are well worth the money.

I'll admit that I haven't worn them…
I'll admit that I haven't worn them yet... I don't want to ruin them... LOL But they washed up very nicely and are neatly folded in my "delicates drawer". I have a couple of older sisters that have these already, and they are very very happy!! They are 76 and 74 years old respectively... Big sisters know stuff!!

This underwear is of high quality
This underwear is of high quality, washes well, but the sizing is a little off . I ordered Medium and found them to be too short. I weigh about 118 and am about 5'3. I re-ordered size large. I love this underwear. Mary Roberts

Replacement order
I received my order but unfortunately the size I ordered didn't fit, I contacted Vera underwear regarding the problem and within a couple of hours my problem was sorted. They are replacing the underwear with the next size up. Margaret, in customer service, has be quick with her responses and solving my problem. I will now wait for my new underwear to arrive, I can't wait to try them. Thank you for your wonderful service.
