I am a first time customer.The sizing wasn't quite right so I contacted Margaret from the Customer support team. She responded to my emails quickly and efficiently resolving the issue for me. I will receive a different size at no charge. I was so impressed with the customer service. This business advertises a "fit guarantee" and they mean it, without hassle ,which is so refreshing. The product looks of great quality so I'm a happy first time customer.

I just purchased my third order, in a very short time frame, with Vera's Undies. (I am a new customer.) My first purchase was a package of five underwear. I received "A Note From Vera" thanking me for my purchase that included a coupon for 30% off to apply towards future purchases in with my package of Vera's Undies five underwear. (A very nice introduction to a classy company.) I quickly decided to use the 30% off coupon because, I liked the product I was now wearing at home, Vera was retiring very soon which meant her company will close for good. I ordered a second time, for 10 more pairs of Vera's Undies, but I forgot to use my 30% off coupon and I am not tech savvy! After ordering the first 10 package of Vera's Undies, I noticed an opportunity for 50% off my next purchase, if it was made in the next 10 minutes! Now, I get excited to order another package of 10 Vera's Undies at 50% off, and I hit the wrong thing on my order and boom! The page is gone! 50% off opportunity lost. Now, I am quite upset about my lost opportunities! I decided to write an email to Vera's customer service department and explain all my missed discount opportunities mentioned above to Margaret. Margaret was fabulous! She adjusted my billing on all my purchases so that I received my 30% off my first order of 10 package and applied the 50% off my second order of 10 package too! The professionalism demonstrated by Margaret was phenomenal! I can say that I am one very happy customer but very sad to see this company go! Received wrong size undies. Contacted VERA and they are sending a new pack for free in the right size and I don't have to return the undies that don't fit. Thats a first ever!!! Awesome

I received my undies and tried them the very next day with no pad. I was a little concerned at first as to how they would hold up after 20+ years of having to wear big bulky pads for my incontinence. I am a cna so I am very active and you know if you have incontinence what that leads to. Surprisingly I stayed dry all day! I was so relieved and excited they actually worked i had to tell my mother who also struggled after 50+ years and corrective surgery and she wanted some for her 78th birthday which I had to order right away! I also got 5 more for myself! My confidence is back and I feel free now and can't wait to share this with my mother! Thank you so much!

I'm just amazed at the quality of Vera's Undies. They really live up to everything they claim. I found that the sizing wasn't quite right for me (my mistake in ordering) - but the Customer Support Team solved it instantly by sending me the right size. I'm extremely impressed by their genuine commitment to assist customers and ensure they have a great buying experience.

First, the undies are absolutely amazing and cannot recommend them any higher. . Second, the customer service team is the finest I have ever dealt with. They are so kind, responsive and efficient. Don’t hesitate to purchase from this company, you will have zero regrets.

When I put on my new undies I wondered if the liner would adhere to the lining of my panties. It's a problem I have with other undies, especially the leakproof ones from China. Every time I pull down my pants to go to the bathroom the liner sticks to my butt not the undies. Vera's panties passed with flying colours. The liner stayed put & the panties were awesomely comfortable, not thick & bulky nor thin & flimsy. They felt just like home. Thanks again for providing leakproof comfort & security to women across Canada. We applaud your vision to design & manufacture underwear so urgently needed by women with bladder issues. This was a niche market needing big shoes to fill. You must have size 13 feet because with compassion & love in your heart you probably succeeded beyond your wildest dreams with your venture.
