I have been going back and forth with this company for close to 5 months now. They were supposed to send me my replacement underwears back in July and the tracking number said it never moved. Kept asking for updates and Kate and Margaret just kept giving me the run around hoping I would just give up! Yes these undies are definitely from China and it takes a whole month to arrive at your doorstep. Total Scam! Please do better. Paid $150 for these undies which I haven’t seen the light of day - I am out $150 plus a terrible headache :( Addendum: Seller reached out and gave me a refund - Thank you ♥️

I really want to buy from this Company BUT it's getting hard tell the real Company from the FAKE. I came here to read the reviews and clicked on "Go to Website" and OMG even the Trust Pilot site took me to the FAKE company Website! Please get this taken care of...there are genuine customers here too scared to shop now! Sorry but I cannot risk it :( p.s. if the site has one of those "after 20 years I'm so sad I am closing my store" messages on it - it's FAKE!! Do not buy from there!

Used the size chart and knowing what some companies are like I ordered a size up! they ended up being too small. Return is at my expense despite false advertising (size chart is wrong). The day I got my package of underware, I immediately put on a pair. After a couple of hours I headed toward the bathroom. Before I got there, I had pee running down my legs, my shorts were soaked. The bedroom & bathroom floors had pee all over it. It was the biggest mess! I should have bought just one pair to try instead of wasting money on 5 pair. Return policy says they can't be returned if worn. How in the world would a person know if they work if they haven't been worn?? What a ripoff!!

I have fallen for this scam! They are not hand made - they take that amount of time to arrive as they come from China. They are exactly the same as a previous order, they say they are more absorbent, but I am not so sure? I am told I need to return them TO CHINA, at my own expense. It’s outrageous and totally unacceptable for the amount they charge. Surely there is a local address to make returns to? I am awaiting your response as I find your service and product unacceptable for that amount of money. Response thus far Vera are offering 15% refund, it’s their lies and deception I am querying.
