Size not true. Runs small (at least to my liking) and I am constantly aware of the seams along waistband and down the buttocks area. Would not wear under thin pants because I think those would be visible "panty lines." They have kept my outer clothes dry when I wear them under work uniform on the job.

The fit is good, I wear a med, They are well made. My big problem is the first pair on I leaked right through my clothes in a couple hours. If I am going to be active pad up.

Vera the undies are very well made and a good product, but I don’t think they will work for me because with my MS it’s not just a normal leakage, it’s more than that and I never know when it will hit! 😞. It’s more like a flood and NO stopping it! 🥲. I’m sorry. I’ve only tried one and unsure if I can return the others that are NOT used. I do take medication that’s supposed to help. Guess something I have to live with! I’m sorry. Can I return the unused undies?

I'm quite a bit overweight and thought I ordered a big enough size, but they're mid rise and don't come up high enough. They are a comfortable material, though, and I can stretch them out some what. I should have ordered a larger size, they are on the small side. They should come in actual sizes, (14, 16, 18, 20.....), NOT small, medium, large, x-large....). Those sizes are too vague.

Because I wear a size 4 pants and weigh 115, according to the sizing chart, I ordered a small. They are uncomfortable because they are mid rise which I don’t prefer and they ride up on the buttocks. I’ve already reached out to Customer Service and graciously been offered a complementary replacement and I’m going to try the medium size. If high rise had been an option, I would have ordered that and probably would have been a better fit for me. I do like the feeling of not wearing a pad and the protection that they offer. Thank you for helping me find the right fit for me. I love the idea.

Unfortunately, I still have to wear pads as your underwear cannot hold back my urine. Once I start flowing, I still need to wear a pad or double pad. It just keeps my pads from wetting my pants. That's why the 4-stars. I can't really go without pads right now.

I have tried many brands of panties. Vera is absolutely the best as the last guard against leaking on clothes. I always use big pads but finally found a panty that protects my outer clothes. As for protection I would have given a 5 star. The 4 star was given because of panty design. I am full in the hips and small in tummy. These panties are designed to fit full in front and sparse in hips. Size chart is small, order size bigger. Customer service responded promptly.

It took longer than expected but I am pleased with the product.
