Got a barrel on order. No updates on shipping. Tried every way possible to contact them.i get nothing. Never again i will order anything from them. They got my money and i have nothing. Beware. I think they are a fraud site.

The absolute worst company out there. Do not buy from here. You have better luck finding the part you’re looking for on the street while taking a walk. They don’t ship parts and say they do. Customer service is useless and from the way I’ve had to deal with this company I see why. They do not help the customer what so ever.

Guess I should’ve checked reviews before ordering off their website, seems everyone has had the same experience. I ordered a holster on March 1st, after TEN DAYS of waiting for a package at my door I decided to call and see what’s up…. They said they were sold out of the item they let me order and spend my money on, just to give me a refund and nothing else. Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t even get offered a discount code or free shipping on my next order. Absolutely will never buy anything from Taurus ever again after this, should be ashamed to call themselves a company.

Ordered scope mount for a Taurus revolver have sent 3 emails in 3 days and no reply at all and it still says awaiting shipment. Terrible customer service and honestly seems like a scam once they get your money you don't hear from them at all.

Yes I am placing a return and I got to pay the shipping cost & I can't even receive the cashier spent I have to receive store credit

Communication delays are blamed for any issues. Blame the computer game. Support buries you in emails asking you for your address instead of responding to your issue. Then they blame technology for the outcome. Can't even cancel an order.

I bought a holster from shoptaurus.com they charged me for shipping cost. I got the holster but didn’t fit right so I asked them to exchange to a different one but they asked me to ship back with my own shipping cost even not my fault. This is bad service and I will not buy anything from them anymore.

The company will send you the wrong item. They then will not send you a replacement or refund till 14 days AFTER they receive the mistake they made back. I honestly would not have too much issues if it was a warranty claim. Things happen stuff breaks, but this was their mistake!! I have to suffer because whomever packs the order does not know to read numbers to give me the right item. Call after call, email after email to customer service before they finally tell you tuff luck pal you will be lucky if you get the right product or even your money back.
