Since this was an international order and the lowest-cost shipping option was selected at checkout, this service is not trackable, and updates are limited once the package leaves our facility. That said, we did offer to file a claim on your behalf to support you further. Since we did not hear back, we assumed the order was received and the support ticket was closed. We’d also like to clarify that this product was a pre-order item, and due to high demand, it was noted at the time of purchase that shipping could take more than 3 weeks as it is made to order.
