This store deserves zero stars for poor customer service and shady business dealings. It's been 2 weeks since I placed an order and despite numerous attempts at contacting the company, I still have no idea what is happening to my order. When I manage to contact them, they give me the runaround. Also, what reputable business doesn't have a reliable live contact (phone or online agents (non-automated). Silk & Salt, I am beyond frustrated with you and I will never spend my money at your business again. People, please avoid this store at all costs!

I placed and order Feb 27, it is April 12, and I still have not received anything, and I have sent multiple emails with NO response. I have even put in a pay pal dispute, they have not even responded to that. What the hell???

How can I write a review and I STILL haven’t received my order?!?! I’m still waiting for a tracking number, but you send a request to write a review?! This doesn’t make sense.

I have 2 orders outstanding. It's been weeks. Still waiting. The only time I hear from you guys is when I initiate correspondence. Not happy. Would just rather a refund at this point, and cancel my orders. As, I'm sure they haven't even been shipped.

I placed an order 1 week ago, and it still reading as "unfulfilled" in my account. My order included an item I was hoping to wear to a wedding in 4 days. While I was told to anticipate delays in shipping, the lack of fulfillment or any forward action is incredibly disheartening. This may be my last order from them, and I'll likely be returning the items.
