I could only return item for credit. It seems like all of their clothing is cheap quality. They never stop emailing to get me to buy more of their items that are way over priced for the fabric quality. The original purchase I made was with a credit card, not store credit. I wasn’t able to get a refund when I returned it. So I was forced to purchase another poor quality dress with store credit.

Very shady company. They advertise a 14 days return policy… under their returns section and on the pages with their clothing it clearly states this - but they actually only give you a store credit for returns. I reached out with photos to show them what their policy actually says on their website and their Customer service rep - Terry - refused to honor the policies on those policies and then ignored follow up emails. BUYER BEWARE. Much more trustworthy companies if you’re buying clothing at this price point. While they continue to respond to my reviews on various sites with their return policy, they ignore the fact that on the webpage of the specific items, it says there is a full refund offered within 14 days. On the page with these items, there is no mention that they will only return them for a store credit. They refused to address how this is misleading. When I reached out to the customer service, I provided screenshots showing this. Again, they ignored that they were misleading me and just stated they would only give store credit. This company is not concerned with satisfied customers, they are concerned with shady business practices to keep your money regardless of your satisfaction with their products.

Don’t fall for the slick marketing. These cheaply made products are nothing like what is portrayed. Oh. And good luck getting a refund. They make it so difficult and give you the runaround because they know what they are doing they just want you to give up.

Rip off. Returned a dress. Never got my mind ray back and no way to reach them DONT BUY! After posting this I was able to get a refund. I appreciate that

Unfortunately, I ordered my dress for a specific event. I had plenty of time for shipping. Sadly, I received the wrong item. When I requested a return, the company was very friendly and helpful. However, at the time I let them know I needed it by a specific date. Unfortunately, the dress didn’t arrive in time. I haven’t yet received the dress to assess how it is, but I’m sad that they weren’t able to expedite my shipping so I could receive the item in time.

Scam… don’t do it

I ordered a dress and when it arrived, it was not the color in the picture. I asked for a refund and was sent another dress. The problem is that they advertise a dress in the ad that looks blue, but is actually as sage color. Looks likeI am not getting my money back and have two ugly dresses that look nothing like the picture. Don't buy here, too shady.

I have ordered twice from S&S and both times it has taken over a month to receive my order. I ordered on 3/29 and it is now 5/13 and I just got an email that "an item" from order has shipped. I've read through the reviews and this is not a "technical glitch". The company is accepting money for orders they are not ready to fullfill. The items I have received are quality but DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU NEED SOMETHING FOR AN IMMINENT EVENT!
